2.1 All products sold in our Store are natural crystals, minerals and handcrafted items, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Natural stones vary in colour, texture, fissures, inclusions, pits, shape, and size. Each piece is unique. These natural characteristics are inherent properties of natural materials and do not constitute defects or quality issues.
2.3 Colour/Texture Variation: Due to differences in monitor/screen colour calibration, the actual product colour may differ reasonably from the images shown.
2.4 Lighting conditions at the time photos were taken may also affect how colours appear. We strive to provide accurate representations, but cannot guarantee they match the actual product exactly.

3. Metaphysical & Healing Disclaimer (Important)

4. Orders & Pricing

4.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order (including after submission) if the item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.
4.3 In the event of pricing errors (including items mistakenly listed at $0), we reserve the right to cancel affected orders at any time without notice.
4.4 Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import duties.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets supported by Shopify (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
5.2 All transactions are settled in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

6.1 Shipping estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
6.2 Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
